As COO of doXchoice, LLC, he directed the start-up and launch of this cutting-edge medical records software provider. Serve in a key sales support role in client sales/negotiations to clients, have improved the internal customer service function and created an organization that could sufficiently support and deliver the services that are sold. Research, develop and implement strategy at the corporate level for 7+ Sales Representatives and staff to improve development relations, increase account base, and identify/target new opportunities.
