Randy is the founder and CEO of SourceOne Benefits, LLC, a benefit education and enrollment company and Complete Wellness Plus, LLC, a wellness and disease management consulting company.
Randy has been in the insurance industry for 13 years and made Leader’s Conference with Colonial Life in the early 2000’s. His main focus is introducing outside products and services to the relationships he has developed throughout his time in the industry. Randy’s focuses on relationships with 500+ members/employees.
Randy is an avid supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation as he has been on their annual Golf Committee for the past three years. He has also helped raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
