In addition to 24/7 Doctor on Call service MDhotlineTM also provides Health Concierge service by our registered nurse professionals to assist finding a right physician, eye doctor, dentist or other specialist in the area based on the current member health plan or even if our member does not have health coverage. Our Health Concierge will find a specialist, make an appointment at the convenient time, schedule prescription pick up with the pharmacy of choice and follow up on a member recovery in order to assist further.
